Bravehearts ABC

Bravehearts are situated in the top floor of the New Town Hall in a purpose built boxing gym with state of the art facilities.

Boxing helps to promote fitness, balance, co-ordination and confidence, whether you just wish to maintain your fitness or learn the art of boxing : all members are welcome.
